Boyfriend visiting next week!
So, I have big news for the readers that follow this blog... yes, I know I have been naughty, and been kind of neglecting this blog for some time, but lately my muse to write has gone down. I hope you will all forgive me?
Anyway, the big news that I have for tonight (or rather, today) is that V will be coming down from the 10th of February to the 22nd of February. Am I excited? Yes. Am I nervous at all? A bit.
The main reason why I am nervous is because my mother still does not know that he is coming down for those two weeks. If any of you have read my previous postings, you all know that mother... is not too fond of my boyfriend, and she is not too fond of the relationship, I guess. From time to time, she does ask me why I do not have a local boyfriend. It is indeed frustrating, but it is something I have to deal with. My current plan of action is to surprise her somewhat. Maybe bring him over the house for Valentine's Day? That would be a "fun" scene .
I have to say, it is always exciting when your partner comes for a visit, or when you go visit your partner. It is a time where the couple gets to spend some physical time together, and do activities, like going out for a meal or hanging around the town... like a normal couple. It makes bonding stronger, and it makes both parties feel good, and whole again. I am already having the feelings of happiness fill my heart, at the thought of seeing his face. I cannot wait to hug him, and kiss him when I see him again. I will feel complete, plus... I am determined I get married to him. Yes, I have thought long and hard about marriage, and we have discussed it on numerous occasions. It feels like it is the right thin to do. It will move our relationship in a whole new direction. After we et married, I plan to finally make the big move over to the U.K. I know it will be hard, and tedious, but it will be worth it, and it will finally end the distance!
I know, I am probably getting a bit off track with this blog post, but I can't help feeling happy, excited, and so ready for his visitation. It is something that I very much look forward to!
Now, I do plan to post pictures and maybe some video, and I may even share my experiences during his visitation. This is not a promise, but I will try to make one blog post a day with a picture and a synopsis on how the day went as the two weeks go by!
So now, I leave with a question, as always. What do you like to do together when your partner visits, or when your partner comes home? Put your answers in the comment section. Until next time, adios!
